Boston:
- The gym will be closed from 8am to 4pm on Wednesday 12/22 for a photo shoot
- The gym will close on Friday 12/24 at 1pm for the Holiday
- WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAY 12/25
- Classes resume at 9am on Sunday 12/26
Needham:
- The gym will close on Friday 12/24 at 1pm for the Holiday

M-F: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12pm, 430pm, 530pm, 630pm
Sat/Sun: 9am
Needham CrossFit
M-F: 5:15am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Sat: 8am, 9am
Sun: 9am
