-We are hosting a PRIDE workout at BOTH locations on June 25th!
The 9am in Boston and 9am in Needham will be coached Suffer Style so our coaches can participate as well!
-Monday, July 4th is Independence Day! We will have one class at 9:00am at both locations! Come join us for a 4th of July WOD!
