HYROX ENDURANCE

TRAIN FOR YOUR NEXT HYROX AT CROSSFIT BOSTON

We're thrilled to be an official gym partner of HYROX, offering exclusive classes tailored for the HYROX event. Led by our certified trainers, you'll be prepared to dominate the race! Ready to make HYROX your sport? Train with us! With top-notch equipment, expert coaching, and a supportive community, you'll be fully prepared to conquer HYROX!

WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX is a fitness racing competition combining functional workouts and running. Participants complete eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional movement like sled pushes, burpees, or rowing. It’s designed to test endurance, strength, and mental grit. If you're interested in learning more about it, reach out to us.

OUR HYROX OFFERING

We offer HYROX Endurance classes on Sundays to help you feel prepared for your next race. These classes focus on the endurance and speed you need on race day. Designed for both seasoned competitors and first-timers, our hour-long classes are led by expert coaches who provide personalized support to help you build skills and confidence for each piece of the race. We also regularly host pop-up HYROX events and HYROX Physical Fitness Tests so you can connect with others interested in HYROX!

Every workout is thoughtfully designed to be both challenging and universally scalable, meaning it can be adjusted by our coaches to meet any fitness level. This is just one example of how we build well-rounded fitness in a supportive environment.

800 Meter Run

Complete 3 Rounds in 12 Minutes for Speed:

-15/12 Calorie Ski

50 Foot Sled Pull (down and back 25 feet)

~Rest at least 2 minutes between rounds
