7 sets for load:
1 thruster/push press/push jerk/split jerk
Bootcamp Workout
2, 12-minute cycles with a partner of:
Run 1 mile, switching athletes every 400 meters
Then, as many rounds as possible in the remaining time of:
5 Burpees
10 Plate Ground-to-overhead
Athletes rotate after every completed round.
