2 front squats
Bootcamp Workout
4, 4-minute rounds of:
1:00 Pull-ups (reps)
1:00 Push-ups (reps)
1:00 Sit-ups (reps)
1:00 Squats (reps)
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
AFTER BASH
On a Tabata-style clock
Alternate between max reps of banded standing upright rows, and banded hammer curls.
