For total reps:
3 sets of shoulder presses (2/3 bodyweight)
3 sets of strict pull-ups
3 sets of push presses (2/3 bodyweight)
3 sets of strict pull-ups
3 sets of push jerks (2/3 bodyweight)
3 sets of strict pull-ups
Bootcamp Workout
Every 4:00 x 5 rounds
Row 500/400-meters
20 Sumo deadlift high-pulls
20 Box jumps
Each round is to be done as quickly as possible. Rest the remaining time.
AFTER BASH
Accumulate 50 dumbbell bicep curls
Accumulate 50 dumbbell skull crushers
