WORKOUT OF THE DAY


CrossFit Workout

7 sets for load:

1 front squat


Bootcamp Workout

Every 2:00 x 5 rounds

20 kb sumo deadlift high pulls

plate push, down & back (40m)

max wall-ball shots in remaining time

rest 2-minutes between rounds


AFTER BASH

3-minute hollow hold on GHD

*every break, 25 AbMat sit-ups
