WORKOUT OF THE DAY


CrossFit Workout

For load:

Split jerk

5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1


Bootcamp Workout

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

ODD: max jump rope, 45-seconds

EVEN: dumbbell push press, 15-20 reps


Rest 5 minutes, then complete for time:

40-30-20-10

AbMat sit-up

10-20-30-40
