AMRAP 14:

7 muscle-ups

50 wall-ball shots (14/20 lb)

100 double-unders


Boot Camp

5 rounds for time with a partner of:

30 med-ball cleans

30 knees-to-elbow

30 dumbbell push press


AFTER BASH

4 Rounds:

:20sec. Russian Twist (Med-Ball)

:10sec. Rest
