CrossFit Workout
10 sets for load:
2 back squats
Bootcamp Workout
Every 7 minutes for 3 sets of:
Row 1000/800-meters
30-second left-side plank
30-second reverse plank (face up)
30-second right-side plank
30-second plank
AFTER BASH
Accumulate 100 ring rows
*every minute on the minute, perform 10 dumbbell sidebends each side
