- We are hosting a CF-L1 Seminar on June 18/19


Needham:

- Our new class schedule is in effect! New class times are 6:15 CrossFit/Bootcamp and 630pm Strength and Conditioning!


WORKOUT OF THE DAY


CrossFit Workout

4 rounds for time:

30 single-leg squats

15 sumo deadlift high pulls (75/115 lb)


Boot Camp

PARTNER FUN RUN

5K With a partner, for time:

Run 3-miles, switching every 400-meters.


Non-running athlete performs 30 walking lunges then holds wall sit until partner returns from run.
