WORKOUT OF THE DAY
CrossFit Workout
10 rounds for time with a partner:
20 double-unders
14/20-cal. row
20 double-unders
– Alternate rounds with a partner
Bootcamp Workout
Teams of two:
8 Rounds
Row 250-meters, while partner does one round of:
12 dumbbell deadlifts
9 hang squat cleans
6 shoulder to overhead
Immediately into
8 rounds of:
Row 250-meters
12 dumbbell deadlifts
9 hang squat cleans
6 shoulder to overhead
The first 8 rounds, both athletes work at the same time, and switch when both movements are complete. The second 8 rounds, each athlete completes row+dumbbell complex before tagging their buddy. 2k of total rowing per athlete
