7 sets for load:
1 clean and jerk
Bootcamp Workout
As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
200-meters of farmer's carry in as few sets as possible (AFSAP).
3 minutes of plank hold in as few sets as possible (AFSAP).
After each hold or carry, perform 5 devils press and 5 abmat sit-ups for each break in the set — e.g., if the plank hold takes 4 sets, complete 20 devils presses and 20 sit-ups before starting the next movement.
