M-F: 6:30am, 7:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Sat & Sun: 8am, 9am, 10am
Boston Open Gym:
M-F 6:30am-9:30am, 12pm-1pm, 4:30pm-6:30pm
Sat & Sun: 8am-11am
Needham CrossFit:
M-F: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Sat & Sun: 8am, 9am
Needham BootCamp:
M-F 6:00am, 8:30am
Sat & Sun: 8am, 9am
Needham Open Gym:
M-F 5:30am-9:30am, 4:30pm-6:30pm

Beginner Athletes:
Every 3:00 for 5 sets
9 ring rows
7 kip swings
5 heavy DB rows each side
