WORKOUT OF THE DAY
7 sets for load:
3 rounds of:
3 minutes of plank hold in as few sets as possible (AFSAP).
After each round, perform 10 ring rows and 10-m. bear crawl for each break of the plank hold.
E.g.: if Sam breaks his first 3-minute plank 4 times, he will perform 40 ring rows and a 40-meter bear crawl before starting his second 3-minute plank hold.
