Strength, Power Endurance
Monday, July 20, 2009 at 5:09PM Tomorrow is my next running day so I hit yesterday's WOD with Alex after the noon class was finished. I worked up to 245 x 3 for the overhead squat and then finished the second portion in 5:58. Overall, I am happy with the day. Sweat like crazy, that's for sure.
