Day 2
Friday, July 17, 2009 at 2:08PM So today was a little disheartening. My WOD was DL 5x3, most know this is my second goat. Warmed up with 155, 242, 287 then went to 331 for my first attempt and immediately felt restriction in my SI joint that occasionally flares up. This sucks! After some rest I dropped back down to 287 and was still not quite right. Finally I went all the way back down to 242 and really focused on the glutes firing. No go. I ended up getting on the trigger point kit and work out some kinks I have been noticing.
So tomorrow I will be back and working hard on the my running skills, running WOD, and my CF WOD later in the day.
