Re-Focus

My Main focus right now - EAT MORE!

I continually ask more from my body.  I want to lift more and run faster and do everything better but for whatever foolish reason I refuse to give my body the fuel it needs to even attempt what I'm asking.

Are you laying a good foundation for your progress or are you like me and expecting results to happen by some holy miracle?

Totally in the same boat. Trying to get uncomfortably full every time I eat. Costs more, but hopefully it will pay off. Thinking about supplementing with some egg protein powder.

Dang,

that's no concern here - I love eating.
Favorite foods of the moment - pistachios - the kinetic pleasure of opening them adds to the enjoyment.
Clementines - enough said.
Cups of tea - abut 86 fluid ounces worth, each and every day.

Thanks for the posts, Jen - keep it up

#8. Stop trying to get “lean gains”. I get it, everyone wants to gain 15 lbs of “lean muscle”. Me too. Not gonna happen. You can’t gain that much muscle in a short period of time without some serious steroid consumption or phenomenal genes. Gaining weight is a great goal, just recognize that you might not have an 8 pack for a couple weeks.
