Solid work to the morning classes. There was definitely a lot of improvement on those push presses!!!
Did that 41-Story Race up Boston Place. Finished in about 8:11, 30 seconds faster than last year. Could have gone faster but people weren't getting outta my way on the stairs when I was passing them.
Then I had trouble breathing. Everyone was coughing. The stale air in the stairwell was harsh from all the concrete dust. Now I am wheezing - but so were other people.

Good workout. Did 115# for 3x5 push press. Thanks Alex for tip on holding bar - it helped a ton! The WOD was good as well - first time doing those KTE's and will be feeling that later.
