Do you ever have those days when you can't go to sleep because you are so jacked up about what you do at the gym? What are you doing to stoke your fire? I have decided to make a pact with myself to never lie down after a WOD.

It's true, he makes it look like he's never tired. There was that Fran video, where he just starts talking afterwards, and also the recent Games video, event 1, after the run, where he just starts walking around and chatting away, as other people were coming in after him looking like death.

The photo of James is a prize winner. Love the juxtaposition of the exterior with what's going on inside. Strikingly beautiful.
